Renters Checklist
Individuals renting a pleasure craft fitted with a motor are required to complete a Rental Boat
Safety Check List.
Unless:
They have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card
They have written proof of completing a boating safety course prior to April 1, 19

Boater's Exam
Get your test done online. You need this starting September 15 if you own and operate your boat.
