Chickadee guest sleeping cabin for 2: Rate is from 85/night (2 nights minimum, 3 nights on long weekends) or 350.00/week until June 16 and from September 5 on, Up to 95/night (2 nights minimum, 3 nights on long weekends) or 500.00/wk from June 16 to September 5
Reservations:
To confirm your reservation, the deposit must be received within 10 days.
$400.00/week Deposit for Summer reservations,
$200.00/week Deposit in Spring and Fall
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 60 days prior to reservation date, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Payment:
Balance due upon arrival. We prefer cash, but do accept Visa and Mastercard.
Personal cheques are ok for deposit only.
Please note that there is no fee adjustment for late arrival or early departure.
Extra overnight person charge, family members only:
Maximum 1 additional person per cottage only, at $ 25.00/day or $ 125.00/week.
Day visitors:
Only with permission, must check in at office.
Visitors staying over 2 hour pay $ 10.00 per person.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, detergents, and charcoal and starter fluid for stone BBQ.
All bedding and linens are supplied for the cottages.
Cribs, High Chairs, and rocking chair available upon request.
Cottages are fully equipped with electric heat, stove, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
4 pc bath, Colour TV. Sundeck with furniture and umbrella, and a stone barbecue for charcoal. Most of our cabins are equipped with a fireplace.
No open fires
Excellent 16' and 18' boats with motors, 15 or 20 HP. Please contact us for rental information and availability.
Our drinking water is regularly tested.
There is a pay phone at office along with: Laundromat, Live Bait.
Fish cleaning area.
Wireless internet access at the office. There are several towers nearby providing direct access to the internet, like Rogers, Bell, Telus, and netspectrum.
Dock space available for your own boat. Docking fee applies.
2km Hiking Trails on our property. More hiking and swimming at Killbear Park, which is only 15 minutes from us. Table games, books, shuffle board, and children's' playground are all available for your use and enjoyment.
We are only 5 minutes from a Marina with a small convenience store. 15 min. to Restaurants. 20 min. to Golf Course (18 hole). 25 min. to Parry Sound - Shopping Mall, Churches, Hospital, Museum, Festival of the Sound, 30,000 Island Cruise Line, and Airplane Charters.
